DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport you will be welcomed by our guide holding a sign with your name on it. After approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour transfer, you will be at your hotel for check-in.(check in time14h00)

Hanoi or “River-bound City” as its name literally means is Vietnam’s capital with a thousand-year-old history dating back to 1010. The city’s fascinating beauty which is characterized by unique cultural relics, ancient streets of antique houses, elegant French colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards and romantic lakes has made it one of the most charming cities of Asia.

The half-day city tour begins with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex and Ba Dinh Square, an important point of pilgrimage for many Vietnamese. The area surrounding the complex is a traffic-free zone filled with botanical gardens, monuments, memorials and pagodas, and includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside), Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, the Presidential Palace. Travel back in time to the nearby simple cottage on stilts where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked during his humble beginnings as a revolutionary. Walk a few blocks out of the Ho Chi Minch Complex to the 11th century Buddhist One Pillar Pagoda, an elegant construction rising from the center of a square shaped lotus pond on a solitary pillar. Continue to the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam built in 1070 by the Ly Dynasty to honor Confucius, sages and outstanding Vietnamese scholars.

After visit the temple you have change to take a walk around at the Old Quarter and do shopping at the old quarter.

DAY 2: HANOI – HA LONG OVERNIGHT ON BOAT BY SHUTTLE BUS

Following breakfast leave Hanoi for a 2.5-hour drive to Ha Long Bay including a 20-minutes stop on the way. Arrive at the jetty in Ha Long City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. Be welcomed onboard and have lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board.

Overnight on Ha Long cruise

DAY 3: HA LONG – HANOI DEPARTURE

Enjoy the fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Ha Long in the morning and breakfast is served (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruise slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards port. Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi late in the afternoon transferred by our driver to Noi Bai International Airport for flight departure

1. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance for your trip. Your insurance protection should
cover for medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and
money, overseas legal expenses and cancellation. If you are undertaking any sports or adventurous activities on your
trip, you should also make sure that your policy covers these. Please also ensure you read and understand the
insurance policy and exclusions.
2. Paying for your holiday
The procedure for making a booking is shown in your itinerary quotation and on our website. Payment to Impressia
Tours is highly sercured with trustworthy payment gateways.
All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions and by asking us to confirm your booking, and by paying a
deposit, the person who makes the booking is taken to have accepted these booking conditions on behalf of all
persons named on the booking. Once we have received the applicable payment(s) due at the time of booking (see
below), we will, subject to availability of the requested arrangements, send you your invoice. It is at the point when we
issue this to you that a valid contract will come into existence between us. Please check your confirmation/invoice and
all tickets/documents carefully as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if you think any details are
incorrect. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies (for which we are
responsible) in any document within ten days of our sending it out (three days for tickets).We will do our best to rectify
any mistake notified to us outside these time limits but you must meet any costs involved in doing so.
Bookings must be secured by a deposit of a minimum of 30% of the land tour value and total airfares that arranged by
Impressia Tours.
The balance must be paid not later than the date specified on the invoice. This is normally no less than 8 weeks before
the departure date. However, there are a few destinations or trip components that require payment no less than 90
days before the departure date which will be specified on your invoice and quotation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all bookings made after balance due date as above.
3. Prices
All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. In-case you making payment in different
currency than USD by online payment facility, the exchange rate will be depended on your bank exchange rate on date.
Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control
which increase the cost of the services which we arrange on your behalf. Such factors include adverse currency
fluctuations, fuel costs, taxes and accommodation increases. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you.
No refunds will be made in respect of accommodation, meals, activities, transport or other services which are included
in the tour price but, for whatever reason, are not utilized by you.
4. If you change or cancel your holiday
If, after the contract between us has come into existence, you want to change your holiday we will do our best to
negotiate with all related suppliers, however we cannot guarantee that such changes can be made. Where a change
can be made, we will charge for any additional costs incurred including any costs imposed or incurred by any of our
suppliers, and including for example cancellation charges that may be incurred for sectors cancelled. You should note,
for example, that a change of name on or other alteration to an airline ticket will usually incur a 100% cancellation
charge and full rebooking fee.
Cancellation of a booking by you must be made in writing. We will not regard a booking as cancelled unless and until
written notice is received by us. On cancellation the following charges will apply:
Cancellations will be charged as follow:
 30 days before arrival: 10% of total amout of tour payment.
 29-20 days before arrival: cancellation fee equal to the previously agreed down payment or equal to 20% of

total amout of tour payment.
 20-15 days before arrival: 30% of total amout of tour payment.
 14-8 days before arrival: 60% of total amout of tour payment.
 7 days before arrival: 100 % of tour payment.
 No show: 100% of tour payment.
5. If we change or cancel your holiday
We start planning the holidays we offer many months in advance. Occasionally, we have to make changes to and
correct errors in itineraries and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel
confirmed bookings. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do
so. However, we will only cancel your confirmed booking after balance due date where you have failed to comply with
any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time) or where we are forced to
do so as a result of ‘force majeure’. We will not cancel after this date for any other reason.
Every effort will be made to operate all tours as advertised but it must be remembered that our tours are planned in
advance and due to factors outside our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in
some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any
time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or
cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
 Services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
 Services of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price; or
 Cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
A material modification is one which has a serious effect on your tour and includes a change of departure date,
departure point or airport, or change of departure time of more than twelve hours, which would cause substantial
inconvenience to you. A change of accommodation or transport style is not a material change. In the event that there
are an insufficient number of bookings to provide a particular tour, we may cancel the tour no later than 30 days prior
to the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for your tour shall be refunded but no further
compensation will be paid. You and Impressia Tours agree to release each other from any further obligations which
would have been enforceable had the tour not been cancelled.
6. Itinerary Exclusions
Please note that, unless otherwise specifically stated in your itinerary, airfares, airport transfers, departure taxes,
early/late hotel check-ins, gratuities, personal expenses and some meals are excluded from the tour price. We are
happy to provide you with a quote for airport transfers, early check-in or any additional services you might require.
7. Children Policies
Maximum 1 child can share the parent’s existing bedding.
 Child under 2 years old is free of charge and will share the parent’s existing bedding.
 Child from 2 – under 6 years old: 50% of adult price and share the parent’s existing bedding.
 Child from 7 – under 12 years old: 75% of adult price and share the parent’s existing bedding. Extra bed fee
will be apply upon request
 Child from 12 years of age and above will pay as adult.
Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at time of
booking.
